Ruben joins us from Holland to crunch data
Since September, Ruben Tempel has been supporting the O&M team as data analyst. His job involves statistical analyses of both financial and operational data, providing timely and accurate information to the relevant people, supporting the O&M team in their decision making, and helping improve operational efficiency overall.
Ruben fulfils this part-time position alongside studying for his Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Twente (Netherlands). Ruben said: “I feel like part of the team, even though I work mainly from the Netherlands. The position at PS Renewables allows me to work in a really interesting field supporting solar energy, while completing my Master’s degree.”
Matt Hazell, commercial director, said: “It is great to have Ruben back on the team after a successful internship earlier this year. At PS Renewables we think it’s important to give students and others at the start of their careers an opportunity to develop themselves in the industry. With Ruben working from Holland we have enhanced the international diversity of the company.”
The new data analysis adds to PS Renewables’ fully integrated reporting platform, managed by in-house experts, who can cost-effectively produce remedies for potential issues which may arise with their customers’ projects. Last July, PS Renewables announced its intention to significantly increase its workforce and have since added 5 new employees with more to follow.
