PS Renewables receives planning consent for a new 7MW solar farm in Devon

We are delighted to announce that Living Energy Solar Farm has received full planning permission from mid Devon County Council. A Committee voted unanimously in favour of the Planning Officer’s recommendation to approve the application.

This is an important milestone for this project which, once built, will generate clean renewable energy equivalent to meet the needs of almost 1,750 homes each year, reducing the dependence on fossil-fuelled power stations and their harmful emissions.

Living Energy will be located on 15.5 acres of land near Cullompton. Works are likely to commence in early 2025, due to the immediate availability of grid capacity at this location.
